Dr. Ahmad Alhalak is an entrepreneur, executive, and higher-education leader with more than two decades of experience in institutional development, knowledge management, international business, academic program development, and organizational strategy.

He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the American Institute of Extended Studies, the Journal of Management Intelligence, and Riveral Advisory, and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Mamoun International Center.

His experience in California higher education spans institutional development, academic curriculum and program design, regulatory and quality-assurance preparation, accreditation processes, organizational planning, and academic strategy.

Dr. Alhalak holds a Ph.D. in Knowledge Management, an M.S. in International Business Economics, and a B.S. in Computer Science.
